Target Heart Rate for both Men & Women:
There are several exercises that you can do to reach your target heart rate. Exercises such as jogging outside (or on the treadmill), bicycle (or stationary bicycle), or fast-paced walking. Now all you have to do is get in your "fat burning zone". This is the heart rate where you body starts to burn FAT!
Suggested work out schedule: 45-60 mins of LONG/SLOW cardio. I personally do between 45-60 mins on the treadmill @ 65%. Try riding the bike if your joints hurt.
